Keyz Property Management

Can I change/improve the way my office looks?

For tenants in private suites, yes! You are allowed to make interior cosmetic changes such as flooring, paint, window coverings, etc. at your sole expense.. Please be reminded that you will need to restore any modifications to the way it was when you took possession of the unit at the time your lease ends unless improvements are approved to remain in place by property management at the time you are vacating. For any construction such as adding/removing a wall, adding/removing a door, alarm system, cameras, plumbing, etc., you must receive written authorization PRIOR to any work being completed and you may be required to use a preferred vendor for the building.. All contractors must be licensed and insured and must be verified by property management in advance. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at hello@keyzpm.com or give us a call at 844.4.KEYZ.PM (844.453.9976).. For tenants in suite 200, also known as our executive suites, unfortunately, you may not make any modifications to the flooring, wall colors, etc. Furthermore no furniture, signage or accessories may be kept in any of the common areas, with the exception of anything provided for by building ownership or property management.. .
