I want to sign a long term lease

We've had many clients inquire about signing a long-term lease. Unfortunately at this time, ownership of the building wishes to keep existing month-to-month tenants on the same month-to-month lease arrangements.. For those tenants whose leases have recently expired, you will now continue on as a month-to-month tenant.
