My square footage doesn't match my existing lease

We recently contracted with the most reputable company in the country that specializes in laser mapping of building and conducting space calculations in accordance with BOMA and IPMS global measurement standards.. Each unit was measured, mapped and we were provided with the industry-standard measurements for each unit. Do keep in mind that per these standards, the square footage of your unit is a combination of the "usable square feet" plus a percentage allocation of the common usable areas of the building.
